    Gwyneth Paltrow's Fishy Anti-Aging Secret

    Gwyneth Paltrow's Fishy Anti-Aging Secret

Want skin like Gwyneth Paltrow? Get ready to eat a lot of salmon.

In her latest GOOP newsletter, the 39-year-old superstar revealed that she's a big fan of Dr. Nicholas Perricone, a celebrity dermatologist who tells clients to eat the Omega-3 fish twice a day (even for breakfast!).

    PHOTOS: Gwyneth through the years

According to Paltrow's interview with the doc, wild salmon not only acts as a "natural anti-depressant," but it also keeps skin young and radiant. His other "superfoods" include dark leafy greens (which helps protect against UV damage), extra virgin olive oil and pinot noir.

    PHOTOS: Gwyneth's most obnoxious quotes

The Oscar-winner, who indulged in a $350 facial before the Emmys and is "obsessed" with the Clarisonic Opal Sonic Fusion ($185) and Mia skin-cleansing brush ($149), also touted Dr. Perricone's No Foundation Foundation and Super Berry Powder with Acai supplement.

Omega fatty acids really do help the skin, but for those who cannot afford to eat wild salmon twice a day, fish oil capsules work fine.

Gwyneth is aging just like the rest of us. There is no fountain of youth.

In this photo she looks like she had work done. Look around the eyes and cheeks.
In my opinion she does not look as great for her age as they claim in this article.

If you have lots of money you can look like a million bucks at any age. Just ask Joan Rivers

My momma is 58 and she is not wrinkled, got a better body too, and she eats what she wants to, when her body calls for it. If we all listen to what our bodies are calling for then we won't have any problems. See what happens when you have an over dose of that stuff. Some of everything is good for you. Too much of anything is not so good.

Paltrow is kinda scary. I think she's in her own special world even tho she claims we should all do what she says.

One of the best ways to have healthy looking skin and hair is to use products without all the toxic chemicals! An excellent website that lists healthy ingredients to look for in body care products is called nothing naughty naturals.....not to mention they have the most healthy skin and hair products out there!

Japanese radiation in sea water,Gulf oil spill and on and on and now,oil tanker leaking oil in NZ and don't forget all those rivers bringing polluted chemicals from Industrialised countries (Rhine,Great Lakes,Hwang Ho,etc)all over the world and not forgetting Mercury and other heavy metals like dioxin, agent orange and ddt, pesticide runoffs..and you still want to eat seafood? Land food isn't any better but whatever is on land gets washed down to the sea and it seems it is the final destination of all pollutants..if you don't believe me,go on and eat tuna and salmon and if you or your loved ones suffer cancer and other horrible diseases,i am sure neither insurance nor the government is going to pay your medical expenses..talk is cheap, but walking the walk isn't ..

I'm over 65 and have less wrinkles and nicer hair than she does and I don't have money to waste on spas. Good old soap and water, a bit of moisturizer and no make-up or air-brushing either. It's all genetics folks. Having British, Danish and Swedish ancestors works well for me. Also no tanning and being happy helps too.
