How Did '30 Rock's' Alec Baldwin Drop 30 Pounds In Four Months?

Now that's the Alec Baldwin I remember from " The Hunt For Red October"! Looking good Alec!!

I've stopped eating sugar too. I've already lost like 20 lbs.

I see the picture of Alec on the front page with the headline, "Alec Baldwin's weight loss secret." Lol, I really don't think giving up sugar to lose weight is a "secret." But yeah he looks good. John Goodman, too. And also Drew Carey.

I'm so glad to see that he is a mere "Shadow" of his former self. Who knows what evil lurks in that sugar bowl??? Alex knows hahahahahaha

Real sugar in moderation is not bad. However, it has been replaced in many processed foods with high fructose corn syrup, also called HFCS or just fructose. Not many years ago, HFCS was considered waste. Now it is fed to humans as it is cheaper than real sugar. Many people cannot properly process HFCS and it just turns to fat in them. The chemical alternatives like aspartame are even worse for many people. Read the labels, you will see that most soda pop contains HFCS mixed with normal sugar,as do most other sweet products. For many people the normal sugar is not a problem. Reasonable physical activity, avoiding the supersize deals when eating out, and reading labels to avoid fake sugar and excess real sugar will help keep the waistline controlled.

Cancer is so sad . The worst is we will never see it go away. It makes too much money for people who don't care. Yesterday's news that there was a vaccine now being tested and seems to work will never be approved by the big wigs. Their interest is not in a cure. Sadly like everything else it just the money.

I'm glad he dropped the weight. He was SO good looking in his Jack Ryan days. It was a shame to see him go the Jack Nicholson route while he was still relatively young.

It works! Try drinking your tea and coffee black. Takes about two weeks to get used to it. Then the pounds start to come off, big time! I lost 50 lbs in one year.
