When Christina Aguilera was honoured by Hillary Clinton in October for raising nearly $115 million for hunger relief around the world, the singer's cleavage-baring dress was almost as much a focal point as her charity work. Even Clinton herself couldn't help but sneak a peek, as proven by a photo that went viral after the ceremony. And while appearing on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" with Ellen DeGeneres last week, Aguilera revealed that the feeling was mutual.
"It was a real moment," said the 31-year-old Aguilera. "She's such a force in a room, she's just got that star charisma and everything about her -- I couldn't take my eyes off her either, so it was mutual."
After the crowd's quiet reaction, though, the "Voice" judge seemed a little embarrassed. "Is that bad?" she asked the audience. I'm so inappropriate!"
But if there's one thing Aguilera isn't embarrassed about, it's flaunting her body, which she completely bares on the cover of her new album, "Lotus."
"I like to be free -- sometimes the less clothes, the better. I'm just comfortable in my skin and my body," Aguilera said, picking up a hideous Christmas sweater Ellen gave her, featuring spring-loaded decorations across the chest. "[But] if I had had this beautiful sweater, I would have worn that for 'Lotus.""
Surprisingly enough, this isn't the most extravagant Christmas prop Aguilera owns. Since she admits she's "crazy over Christmas," Aguilera has a two-story Rudolph displayed in front of her house, six different themed trees (pink, white, traditional, kimono, etc.), and a Christmas village, and she keeps a thorough list of past Christmas gifts and notes on what her friends and family would like to receive each year.
With such a thoughtful (and organized) friend, everyone on Aguilera's Christmas list should count themselves lucky -- even fellow "Voice" judge Cee Lo Green, whom she teases for having flatulence problems. Perhaps this year, Clinton's gift from Aguilera will be a framed photo of their special, mutually infatuated moment.
