Oprah Winfrey received so much birthday love that she sustained an injury!

While celebrating her 59th birthday on Tuesday, the OWN honcho received a massive flower delivery from her pal Tyler Perry. However, while moving it to the perfect spot in her Montecito, California, mansion – which was inundated with beautiful bouquets and gifts from friends – she suffered a back injury that has left her down for the count.

Responding to a fan’s tweet about how she spent her birthday, Oprah tweeted, “In bed with an ice pack most of today. Moved a bushel of roses sent by @tylerperry and sprained a back muscle.”

Justin Bieber’s a good friend to Lil Twist.

On Wednesday, the “Beauty and a Beat” singer got down and dirty while ATVing in a bunch of mud with his close friend, which he documented on his Instagram page with a series of photos.

“Me and Twizzy gettin a little muddy,” Bieber wrote on the first pic, wearing a special racing suit, which was “liked” nearly a half a million times (yes, that number is real). “Fun day,” he captioned another photo, although neither he nor Lil Twist were actually smiling.

Let’s hope the two rented the ATVs or that they don’t actually belong to the singer, considering how his friend treats vehicles that he borrows. The same day they were out “riding dirty,” Bieber’s white Ferrari was sitting in a Los Angeles repair shop after Lil Twist did some major damage to the $200,000 car while peeling out of the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills.

According to TMZ, the rapper-in-training was recently behind the wheel of Bieber’s car – the same one he was driving the day a paparazzo was struck and killed by another motorist while trying to snap a photo – when he bottomed out as he exited the hotel’s driveway… causing an astounding $8,000 to $10,000 worth of damage!

But luckily for both Bieber, 18, and Lil Twist, 19, neither will be paying the hefty repair bill. Although a rep for The Four Seasons tells omg! she has no knowledge of it, TMZ reports the hotel will be picking up the tab in order to maintain their “lucrative relationship” with the multi-millionaire singer … and his hangers-on, it seems.

Although the hotel is clearly not at fault for Bieber’s friend’s poor driving skills, paying for these kinds of things is typically customary. "It is not unusual for a hotel to go above and beyond for any of their high profile guests," a VIP relations manager at one of Los Angeles' top hotels tells omg!. "Of course, you want them returning, so why wouldn't you make sure they have the best experience possible?"

Lil Twist is also the same person many in Bieber’s camp hold responsible for the singer’s pot scandal in early January when he was photographed holding what appeared to be a lit marijuana blunt, which was reportedly rolled by the rapper.

As they are wont to do, BuzzFeed stumbled across this bizarre and extremely precious gem of a video, in which Leonard Nimoy, best known as Spock from "Star Trek," sings a tune called "Ballad of Bilbo Baggins" while surrounded by mod babes on a variety show called "Malibu U" in 1967.

Lindsay Lohan appeared at a Los Angeles court yesterday (despite claiming she was too sick with a respiratory infection to fly) with two new tattoos in tow. The 26-year-old "Canyons" star flew from New York to L.A. to face charges relating to her summer 2012 car crash.

On the inside of her right arm, Lohan sported a pair of red triangles and the words "What Dreams May Come." Many of us know those words from the title of a 1998 Robin Williams drama about a dead physician who searches for his wife in the afterlife. But the film was actually based on a 1978 novel by the same name by Richard Matheson, who took the title from "Hamlet."

If you ever happen to walk into a restaurant and see George Clooney dining there, do whatever it takes to get seated next to him!

The 51-year-old star enjoyed a meal – and apparently some lively conversation – with friends at the Grill Royal restaurant in Berlin over the weekend. However, worried his party was perhaps too lively, the affable actor generously picked up the bill for a table of strangers who happened to be seated nearby.

Local German newspaper Bild broke the news of Clooney’s generosity (later confirmed by the actor’s rep), reporting that the Oscar-winning actor and part-time tequila maker dropped about $135 on the dinner tab. Something the story also noted? Clooney and friends actually weren’t disruptive in the first place.

"They had behaved in a very cultivated manner," one of the men who benefited from Clooney’s kind gesture told the newspaper. And when he was told a stranger picked up their bill? "I was stunned," he replied.

With everyone buzzing over Justin Bieber’s breast-gate scandal – and weighing in on whether or not he groped one of his fans (who bears a resemblance to his ex Selena Gomez!) – we can’t help but imagine that the 18-year-old must be plum exhausted thanks to the non-stop drama in his life.

Fans were shocked when news broke Tuesday that Ashley Judd, 44, and Scottish race car driver Dario Franchitti, 39, were splitting up after 12 years of marriage. The couple — which just celebrated their latest anniversary last month — seemed perfect from the outside.

Judd always appeared in the stands to watch her husband — a three-time Indy 500 champion — race. When the actress-turned-activist would make rare appearances on a red carpet, Dario Franchitti was always on her arm. For the most part, they seemed to live happily outside of Hollywood, splitting their time in between Scotland and Tennessee.

Selena Gomez celebrated her Nylon Magazine cover with a party Tuesday night in West Hollywood. The newly single star had a private dinner at Soho House and her closest friends were in attendance (hint: Justin Bieber did not make the guest list).

“She was so happy,” a source at the party tells omg!. “It was a total girls night, and she was hanging out with her parents and close friends.”

Those friends at the Coach sponsored dinner included her “Spring Breakers” co-star Ashley Benson, plus famous pals Ashley Tisdale and Jaime King.

Yesterday was no doubt an eventful day overall for the actress. Ex-boyfriend Bieber, 18, dropped his “Believe Acoustic” album Tuesday and featured on was it the song “Nothing Like Us,” in which he confessed about his breakup with Gomez, 20.
