‘Beverly Hills, 90210′ actors star in series of Old Navy commercials

If your heart's been left gaping by the absence of Dylan McKay, Kelly Taylor, Brandon Walsh, or Ahhhhndrea Martin, treat yourself one of three Old Navy commercials that bring us a much-appreciated "Beverly Hills, 90210" reunion.

While Shannon Doherty and Tori Spelling are sadly missing from the ads, series staples like Luke Perry, Jennie Garth, Jason Priestly, and Gabrielle Carteris appear to remind viewers that high school lasts forever -- as long as the majority of your career was spent playing a high school student.

Of course, diehard "Beverly Hills" fans were already alerted of some type of reunion after Jennie Garth leaked this behind-the-scenes photo in early July. But fans may not have realized that the commercials would lampoon the original "90210" storylines, such as when Kelly was forced to choose between Brandon and Dylan. This time around, she has a third option: Should she choose jeans?

Of course, that drama pales in comparison to the "platonic" dynamic between Brandon and Ahhhhndrea, who watch from the sidelines as a young "new" student gets a fresh start:

And speaking of Brandon, check out Jason Priestley's lesson on bullying in this next ad. A character rich in tolerance and academia, he teaches the importance of new jeans and a decent belt -- because if you're going to get pantsed, preparation is vital:

Clearly, the lesson to take away is that "Beverly Hills, 90210" would have been a lot different if they had focused less on coming-of-age and more on how to wear denim properly. And while no amount of denim will cure the heartache of Kelly and Brandon's breakup, fans can find comfort in knowing that the old West Beverly High gang are still hanging out in high school hallways.

Or maybe that's just creepy? We'll let you decide.
