Neve Campbell confirmed last week that she and her British boyfriend will soon swell into a party of three.
The pregnant 38-year-old "Scream" star and British actor J.J. Feild are reportedly "thrilled."
If you thought the famously private Campbell was still dating John Cusack, don't worry, you're not alone. So, here's a primer on her new beau:
John Joseph Feild was born in 1978 in Colorado to Sufi scholar Reshad Feild (a founding member of Dusty Springfield's '60s band The Springfields) and an American mother. He grew up in London, and his parents divorced when he was just a child. His stepfather is BBC World News editor Jon Williams.
Rather than hone his acting chops at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art like many of his British peers, the 33-year-old Feild attended the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art before going on to small roles in big-budget films such as Kathryn Bigelow's "K-19: The Widowmaker" and "Centurion," opposite Michael Fassbender.
Though he has been present on the big screen for the past decade, Feild's biggest role to date is as Union Jack in last year's "Captain America: First Avenger." His next role will be in the Stephenie Meyer-produced (yes, that Stephenie Meyer) "Austenland," in which he plays a modern-day Mr. Darcy opposite a "Pride and Prejudice"-obsessed Keri Russell. He will also re-team with "Captain America" director Joe Johnson for "Not Safe For Work," which is about a man trapped inside his office with a killer.
As for Campbell's past, the Guelph native divorced her second husband, British actor John Light, in June 2010 after three years of marriage. Before that, she had wed Canadian actor Jeff Colt in 1995 and divorced him three years later. (See a pattern emerging?)

Campbell was first photographed in public with Feild in January 2011, when the lovebirds attended the London launch party for Diddy Dirty Money's new album at the Pigalle Club. But the actress, who relishes her privacy, has not confirmed the relationship and appears to have netted a man who similarly respects his space.
"I never talk about things like that," he told the Daily Mail in May 2011 about their relationship. "I leave it to the fan sites on the Internet."
