He's better known as a singer, but Justin Bieber is just as much a dream weaver. The 18-year-old Canuck has elated a Kingston girl who has severe health problems by sending her concert tickets and a personalized message.

Mia Pruder is a 5-year-old cutie diagnosed with secondary mitochondrial depletion syndrome, which keeps her in the hospital and has already required her to undergo four surgeries. Through it all, she buoys her spirits with music by her favourite pop star -- Bieber, of course.

The parents of the Kingston, Ont., girl set up the Biebs for Mia campaign in February, with the hopes to make her wish to meet Bieber come true. With the help of the Children's Wish Foundation, it looks like that's about to happen.

Last month, Bieber caught wind of Mia's wish, retweeting a message from @LovingDBieber. Soon after, the "Boyfriend" singer's dad, Jeremy, brought Bieber's half-siblings, Jazzy and Jaxon, to meet the sick tot. And now, Bieber is set to meet Mia himself!

The singer reportedly sent Mia six tickets to his Ottawa concert on Nov. 23, along with a signed photograph and, best of all, a personal video message, which Biebs has posted on Facebook.

"What's up, Mia, this is Justin Bieber. I just wanted to say my prayers are going out to you and your family," he says in the video. "You're superstrong, you inspire me, and thank you for being my biggest fan."

According to her mom, Mia has watched the video "about 500 times." We don't blame her one bit.
