He's called the new king of pop, but now, Justin Bieber has it in writing.

Just two months after getting "Believe" inked on his arm, the 18-year-old "Boyfriend" singer debuted his seventh tattoo on Friday with a shirtless photo for his fans.

"New tattoo its a crown if you couldn't tell," he tweeted along with a photo of himself, shirtless and messy-haired in bed, with the new ink showcased near his right collarbone.

The Ontario native previously posted two other photos of himself shirtless and later joked about uploading so many images of himself semi-nude.

"I'm thinking to myself 'wow really justin 3 shirtless pics in 3 days' who do i think i am a young @Mark_Wahlberg sheesh lol" he wrote, name dropping the buff Hollywood A-lister who wants to make Bieber a movie star.

But Bieber has good reason for trying to distract his fans, considering his followers recently began waging war with One Direction enthusiasts. MTV sparked the fight last week by launching a poll pitting Bieber's "Boyfriend" against One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful," both of which are nominated for Best Pop Video at this year's MTV Video Music Awards. But the Biebs thinks it's all gotten a bit too competitive.

"Want no arguments with my fans with others. no need for that," he tweeted on Monday, "if i can be friends with other artists we can be friends with other fans."

No word yet on whether his fans are obeying Bieber's wishes.
