Justin Bieber falls down stairs, lays unconscious

A segment in the NBC special "Justin Bieber: All Around the World" is showing fans that his song "Fall" isn't just a track off of his latest album, "Believe."

    Watch the video here.

The video shows Bieber passing out and falling down a flight of stairs, immediately after a concert in Paris earlier this month. Surrounded by security and aides (who sound understandably freaked out), the 18-year-old pop star was quickly moved to safety. But his manager, Scott "Scooter" Braun, says that Bieber lay there unconscious for four to five minutes.

The fall came as a result of an incident that happened onstage. Bieber, who is usually quite coordinated, ran into a glass partition and hit his head. Ever the devoted performer (or headstrong teenager?), Bieber went on with the show despite the injury, but he "immediately felt a little weak" after he went backstage, he told TMZ.

Despite the blurriness of the video, it is a bit unnerving to see one of the world's most famous celebrities in a moment of weakness. His crew's careers and his fangirls' hearts could have fallen right along with him. It's a reminder of how hard these young celebrities push themselves for their fast-paced careers.

Also, it's a reminder that all of us, even the world's most famous celebs, have clumsy moments.
