Jim Carrey is selling his Malibu pad with a $4 million markup.
The 50-year-old Canadian actor reportedly bought the five-bedroom, 2,866-square-foot beach-front property 10 years ago for a cool $9.75 million. He is now listing it for $13.95 million.
Though the listing does not explain why the price has inflated so drastically, it does boast the gated Malibu Colony estate's "large rooftop viewing deck with spa tub and mood lights to enjoy the surf or the sunset."

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Carrey's neighbours include Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks.
In December, Carrey was spotted scoping out a $13.65 million townhouse in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood. At 7,000 square feet and with six bedrooms, it's a step up from the "Dumb and Dumber" star's California pad -- not to mention a great place for a family.
