She may be accused of stalking Alec Baldwin, but Genevieve Sabourin appears to have had her eye on his fiancée as well.
In newly released emails, the French-Canadian actress seems to have set her sights on Hilaria Thomas in order to win over the yoga instructor's famous husband-to-be.
"I will change my name and take yoga classes you know where and I'll become HLT best friend, faster then (sic) you know," Sabourin allegedly wrote on March 20. "I'll use her ego."
Though the "30 Rock" star had not yet announced his engagement to Thomas, Sabourin appeared to consider it a done deal.
"I'm coming to NY!!!!" she wrote the actor from Montreal. "I'm not afraid of loosing all because I already did."
Two weeks later, when Baldwin went public with his plans to marry Thomas, the wind was apparently taken from Sabourin's sails.
"I just died," the 40-year-old actress wrote upon hearing the news. "I'll never be this candid little smiling/giving/nice . . . naive and caring blonde girl next door, she died on the stepping stone in front of your house."
Though Sabourin's lawyer, Maurice Sercarz, claimed his client "had no intent to harass, annoy or alarm Mr. Baldwin," with the emails, on Monday a New York judge issued a restraining order against her.

"Je t'aime New York," Sabourin told the New York Post after the hearing. "I love the United States. With my lawyers, we are going to solve this misunderstanding."
The struggling thespian was arrested April 8 after trying three times to get into the Manhattan home that Baldwin shares with Thomas. She claimed they have had a relationship for the past decade, starting when she worked as a publicist on "The Adventures of Pluto Nash."
Court records indicate that Baldwin had dinner with Sabourin in the fall of 2010 to give her acting advice as a favour to a friend.
Sabourin is due back in court on July 26.
