Drake is trying to shut down a lawsuit that claims he purposely skipped a gig last year.
The 25-year-old Canadian rapper is refusing to fork over the $400,000 judgment for the reported Las Vegas club gig because, according to him, he was never told about it.
But Imperial Entertainment Group (IEG) wants payback -- $432,337.50, to be exact -- claiming Drake and Lil Wayne agreed to perform and then failed to show up.
TMZ.com cites legal documents in which the two rappers have requested that the judgment be canceled because they didn't sign a contract with IEG and weren't told to show up to court.
This is the second time Drake has been sued in 2012. In February, the "Over My Dead Body" singer's ex-girlfriend claimed she was owed royalties for being the girl on the other end of the phone line in the rapper's hit song, "Marvin's Room."
"She consented to the use of her voice in the song 'Marvin's Room' for no compensation," was Drake's response filed in court a month later.
