YOUR FRIENDS' ACTIVITY

    • Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber (Getty Images)Sorry Jelena fans, nothing to see here.

Justin Bieber stopped by Selena Gomez's home in Encino, California, on Wednesday afternoon before heading back out on tour.

The "As Long As You Love Me" singer -- who arrived with security in a large black van around 3:30 p.m. -- was there for an hour. Gomez was home at the time, as she was seen driving off shortly after her ex left the property.

So were Bieber, 19, and Gomez, 20, attempting to work through their relationship issues in hopes of a reconciliation?

"Definitely not," a source close to the actress emphatically tells omg!. "She is not getting back together with him."

While promoting "Spring Breakers," Gomez made it clear she is enjoying the single life, even joking with David Letterman about making Bieber cry post-split.

"She's really happy right now, surrounding herself around good friends," continues omg!'s source. "She's been working a lot and is excited for everyone to hear her album … including Justin."

Interesting! Let the lyric analysis start now … or, rather, on April 14, when Gomez performs her new single "Come & Get It" at the MTV Movie Awards.

Meanwhile, Bieber is resuming his "Believe" Tour and is set to perform in Munich, Germany, tonight. Unfortunately his days off in L.A. this week didn't exactly go as planned.

The "Beauty and a Beat" singer is being investigated for battery after allegedly spitting in his neighbor's face after a verbal altercation on Tuesday morning. Sources close to Bieber insist that the spitting part never happened; however, TMZ reports the L.A. County D.A.'s office is taking the allegation seriously.

"The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person," Bieber told Us Weekly of media speculation he is on the verge of a breakdown. "I'm young and I make mistakes. That's part of growing up."

Maybe Selena invited Justin over to give him some tips? She is one year wiser, after all.

    • Captain Kirk is "appalled" by the IRS' Starship Enterprise.

William Shatner, who played James T. Kirk on "Star Trek" from 1966 to 1969, has spoken out against a parody of his hit sci-fi series created by the Internal Revenue Service for a 2010 training and leadership conference.

"So I watched that IRS video," he tweeted on Monday. "I am appalled at the utter waste of US tax dollars."

Last week, the IRS apologised for sinking approximately $60,000 into two high production value "Star Trek" and a "Gilligan's Island" parodies in which tax collectors played various crew members.

"The IRS recognizes and takes seriously our obligation to be good stewards of government resources and taxpayer dollars," it said in a statement on Friday. "There is no mistaking that this video did not reflect the best stewardship of resources."

The IRS claimed the video "was a well-intentioned, light-hearted introduction to an important conference during a difficult period for the IRS."

      But was it really that

    • Justin Bieber (Getty Images)Justin Bieber may have rocked Poland on Monday night, but his antics since arriving back in the U.S. are really rocking the headlines.

The 19-year-old has a few days off in between shows on the European leg of his Believe Tour, and upon returning to his home in L.A., found himself in an altercation with a very angry neighbor.

So what was the neighbor upset about? Justin Bieber's security team tells "omg! Insider" that the neighbor came on Bieber's property screaming at him. "Supposedly it was about parties while Justin was away … could have been other issues," said the source.

omg! can confirm the "other issues" were really just one: how fast Bieber was driving around the neighborhood before the time of the incident.

"The guy who came up to Justin thought he was driving recklessly, so that's what got his neighbor really upset" a source tells omg!. "He also threw in the party issue, but it wasn't what he was mainly upset about."

Our source also claims that there "was no physical altercation" between Bieber and his neighbor, "just verbal."

The "Beauty and a Beat" singer is being investigated for battery, after the neighbor told cops Bieber made physical contact with him and threatened him.

Considering the teen heartthrob and his neighbor live in an extremely nice neighborhood, security cameras on one of the properties should clear up this "he said, he said" situation,

    • He’s not wearing a pair of giant plastic feet or tiny angel wings, but Canadian comedian Jim Carrey seems to be continuing his “awkward spiritual journey” in another costume.

Cold Dead Hand,” a satirical video posted to Funny or Die website on Monday, exposes Carrey’s personal anti-gun views, and he’s now under fire for it.

The video spoofs the vintage sketch show “Hee Haw.” In the spoof, 51-year-old Carrey takes the role of famous gun advocate Charlton Heston, who opens the skit with a brief interaction with the show’s host.

“Who would be laughing if it weren’t for the patriots who answered the call of freedom?” Carrey mugged through gritted teeth while wearing a military uniform. “Aliens. They will exploit our every weakness and suck the brains out of every living soul.”

    • Rihanna performs during her "Diamonds" world tour on Sunday in St. Paul, Minnesota. (Getty)A$AP Rocky is not the only American musician who has a rocky relationship with Canada's border guards -- Rihanna isn't too happy with them either.

For the second time in the past week, the 25-year-old singer's tour was held up at the Canada-U.S. border on Monday morning, this time in Winnipeg.

In a series of tweets ahead of her Diamonds World Tour gig in Manitoba's capital city last night, RiRi seemed to get increasingly concerned about the delay.

"This is not a good look for Winnipeg!" she tweeted. "My stage is in those trucks, disassembled! #DiamondsWorldTour"

RiRi's tour buses had already been stopped once before in Detroit on Wednesday trying to get into Windsor. Customs reportedly gave the buses a second inspection after smelling marijuana on board and drug-sniffing dogs discovered one of the tour passengers was holding a small amount of chronic. The culprit was given a penalty.

Winnipeg fans were warned on Monday night that RiRi's gig would start late due to the border incident.

At the ripe old age of 19, Justin Bieber seems to be experiencing signs of old age – for a pop star, that is. And according to those who have experienced it before him, teen popstardom can be a rough road.

"Justin Bieber's making mistakes that everyone makes and he's probably trying things and exploring things that most kids his age explore, but the problem is he's got 50 paparazzi chasing him around when he does it," 43-year-old Donnie Wahlberg told the Associated Press this week. Wahlberg was only 14 when New Kids on the Block formed in the mid-1980s, the same age Bieber was when he was discovered by Usher and his manager Scooter Braun.

Wahlberg continued: "When we are 19 and 20, we think we can take on the world and we do forget that there is a lot of life left to live in front of us, and hopefully he'll get through these times and find his way into a long career and a healthy adulthood."
