The highly-anticipated film " The Hunger Games" is shaping up to be a lot like "Twilight," another movie franchise you may have heard of. Besides the obvious — that it's based on a popular series of books and has tons of die-hard fans excited before they've even seen it — Jennifer Lawrence, 21, who plays the story's heroine Katniss, reveals to Seventeen that the two have even more in common. Here's a rundown:

We already know from his " High School Musical" days that Zac Efron can sing, but lately he's better known as the leading man from movies like the romantic drama "Charlie St. Cloud," the ensemble comedy "New Year's Eve," and the upcoming Nicholas Sparks tearjerker "The Lucky One." That doesn't mean the guy hasn't still got it, though. During an appearance Monday on "Conan," Zac showed he can still carry a tune when he belted out the Beach Boys song "Barbara Ann" a cappella with the red-headed comedian and the leader of his band, La Bamba.

Before she realized she was unbroken, singer Demi Lovato almost quit showbiz.

The 19-year-old "Sonny With a Chance" star has revealed that after she left rehab last year she considered packing it in.

"I thought: 'I'm exhausted, people don't understand, and so many people are being negative toward me,'" she said in a recent interview. "There are so many pressures that are put onto you when you're in this industry."

But the "Unbroken" singer decided to strap on some armor and keep going after completing two months of treatment for bulimia, substance abuse, and self-harm.

Plenty of celebrities have used their fame to promote safe sex campaigns over the years stressing the importance of condom use for those who are sexually active. Remember when The Situation offered Bristol Palin condoms in a bizarre PSA? (She turned them down in favor of abstinence.) Or when Lady Gaga wore a latex-inspired outfit on "Good Morning America" last year to promote the cause?

Add Zac Efron to the list. Though the difference with his "campaign" is that it was all an accident.

While walking the red carpet at the premiere of "The Lorax" (yes, a children's movie,) in Los Angeles earlier this week, Efron dropped what appears to be a condom on the ground. Was it for certain? It's hard to tell, but based on the 24-year-old hunk's reaction, all signs are pointing to yes.

Miley Cyrus broke out the "mom jeans" again on Thursday in L.A. For the second time in three weeks, the 19-year-old sported a high-waisted, stonewashed pair of cropped jeans -- this time under an oversized red blazer and a sexy black bustier. (You'll recall that the last time she was spotted in the '80s-inspired pants, the actress/singer opted for a red cropped top while lunching with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.) Miley even had a slight wardrobe malfunction moment when she stepped out of her car with her denim undone. Whoops!

Still glowing from her double win at the Grammy Awards for best country song and best country performance of "Mean," Taylor Swift stepped out to dine at L.A. eatery Toast on Wednesday. The fashion plate was decked out in a polka dot dress by Dolce & Gabbana, although the 22-year-old recently confessed to "Access Hollywood" that she's not out to impress any certain guy with her stylish ensembles.

"[I'm] completely [single]," revealed Taylor, who's been romantically linked to Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer, and Taylor Lautner, among others. "I'm actually really good at being single. As much as I love to complain about it, I'm actually very independent and I'm fine. I'm really good by myself."
