Since giving birth to son Tennessee James on September 27, Reese Witherspoon has been looking incredible, but she says her post-pregnancy weight loss has been more of a footrace. Showing off her slim figure in a tight black dress at the March of Dimes Babies event over the weekend, the actress admitted that despite appearances, it's not exactly easy getting that pre-baby bod back. "I don't know if I'm bouncing back, I'm slowly crawling back," she told "Extra" in an interview that is set to air on Monday night. "You know, all of your joints feel wobbly and your head is sort of confused."

Witherspoon, who is also mom to 12-year-old Ava and 8-year-old Deacon with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, even joked that she's been so flighty the last few weeks that she somehow forgot what a refrigerator was called. A few days earlier, she had asked someone, "What do you call that thing that keeps the food cold?" But she went on to say, "You just have to be gentle and patient with yourself and just sort of you know … slowly get back to your health."

Though movie stars often have a reputations for sacrificing close relationships with their kids for their careers, that doesn't look to be the case when it comes to Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger's 17-year-old daughter, Ireland. The willowy, blond teen proved just how strong of a bond she has with her Oscar-winning mom as they (along with Ireland's boyfriend Slater Trout) stepped out together for a low-key outing to Subway and Starbucks in Hawaii on Saturday, Basinger's 59th birthday.

Not only did Ireland don a white crew-neck T-shirt, just like her famous mom, but she also marked the occasion with a sweet message written to the star on Twitter. "Happy birthday to the most beautiful woman in the entire world," Ireland, a frequent Twitter user with 22,465 followers wrote. "You are the most influential and inspirational figure in my life, and I've always looked up to you and no one else." She continued by complimenting the "L.A. Confidential" star on her famous good looks. "You are the most naturally beautiful woman there ever was and will be.... Ladies, if you want to avoid Botox and any other skin treatments, listen to my mom! She hasn't had one treatment done because she's stay[ed] completely out of the sun all these years! Mom, you still look like your 17 and it's kind of embarrassing standing next to you." (One advantage Ireland has over her mom is height; she's reportedly a towering 6'2", while Basinger is 5'7"!

Drew Barrymore named her daughter Olive, but the baby could have been Peanut or Grapefruit.

Making her first talk show appearance since she and her husband, art consultant Will Kopelman, welcomed Olive on September 26, Barrymore revealed the meaning behind her baby name selection.

"I never would have guessed that would have been the name," the 37-year-old "Big Miracle" star said on Thursday's "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." "But I was reading a book with my husband. I was three months pregnant and they said your baby is the size of an olive, and that was it. We never looked back."

DeGeneres then joked that the baby could have been the size of a peanut, grape, or kidney bean, and then perhaps Barrymore could have selected one of those foods as a name.

"It could have been," Barrymore laughed, but added, "Kidney's not such a fun name."

Barrymore explained that she and Kopelman were "shopping a few [names], as people who are so blessed to get to do this do, and then once the light was shed,

The most perfect mom in the world is thinking about becoming a mom again.

"My brain says, 'Oh, I think I'm done, the kids are big now and I don't want to go back to changing diapers,'" Gwyneth Paltrow says in the upcoming January issue of InStyle UK. "But a part of me would love to have another. Of course, I'm old now!"

The 40-year-old and her husband of nine years, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 35, are already parents to 8-year-old daughter Apple and son Moses, 6, and earlier this year Paltrow told Harper's Bazaar that she and Martin were on the fence about expanding their brood, explaining that daily school run can be "such a f***ing drag. The other day, I was saying to Chris, 'The window's closing. Do we want to have another baby? I don't think we do, but let's just have the discussion,' and he said, 'We can have another baby, but you realize you'll be doing the school run until you're 58.' I said, 'Let's just not! We're good!'"

Reese Witherspoon's 13-year-old daughter, Ava, has always looked a little like a miniature Reese, but on Sunday she took it a step further by dressing just like her Oscar-winning mom. The two stepped out for lunch with 36-year-old Witherspoon's hubby, Jim Toth, on an unusually rainy day in Santa Monica, California, wearing black jackets, jeans, and tall brown boots. The blondes — who now both stand about 5 feet tall — even pulled back their hair in the same casual style. Ava's good looks come courtesy of her parents; in addition to her pretty mom, she also has a handsome dad, Witherspoon's ex-husband, actor Ryan Phillippe.

After nearly two years of rumors, it's official: Kate Middleton is pregnant!

"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby," a spokesperson for the couple, who married in April 2011, said in a press release on Monday. "The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry, and members of both families are delighted with the news."

However, Middleton's pregnancy, which is in its early stages, hasn't been an easy one. The spokesperson confirms that the 30-year-old mom-to-be was admitted to a London hospital Monday with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an acute form of morning sickness. "Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter."

Is Jessica Simpson hiding something under that baggy sweater? Just one day after Us Weekly reported that the singer-turned-fashion mogul is 9 weeks pregnant with her second child, she arrived at Los Angeles International on Thursday bundled up in a loose-fitting gray sweater, black blazer, and leggings with a large purse on her shoulder and 7-month-old daughter Maxwell in her arms, ensuring that no one could get a good look at her belly. It should be noted that Simpson's fiancé Eric Johnson walked behind her empty-handed … making it seem like a conscious decision for the maybe-pregnant star to carry adorable little Maxwell.

Simpson, 32, has remained mum on the rumored pregnancy and her publicist denied Us' request for a comment. But her silence could obviously be because like most expectant moms, she wants to wait until she's past her first trimester. Before she announced her first pregnancy on Halloween last year dressed as a "mummy," it was obvious for weeks that Simpson was with child, even though she would not confirm nor deny it.

Larry Birkhead says there is nothing wrong with his 6-year-old daughter striking a pose for Guess.

Birkhead, 39, appeared on "Good Morning America" to talk about Dannielynn following in her late mother Anne Nicole Smith's footsteps by launching a professional modeling career as the new face of Guess Kids. Although there are many critics of his parenting decision — the biggest being that the young schoolgirl should be kept out of the limelight, which essentially destroyed her mom — Birkhead noted that modeling is actually a way for Dannielynn to connect with the mom she never knew.

"Dannielynn has always looked up to her mom's image and said her mom's an angel," Birkhead, a photographer, told "GMA" on Tuesday. "I think that this is kind of Dannielynn's way of paying tribute to her mom in her own special way. ... To see her mom's picture next to hers as a Guess girl and say, 'Hey, I was a Guess Kids girl, my mommy was a Guess girl,' that might be her only connection with her mom."
