She may be back on the "Jersey Shore," but pregnant Snooki is not returning to her usual party-girl habits. The reality star revealed in a new interview with "Good Morning America" on Monday that she has not had a sip of alcohol since discovering she was pregnant in January — even though she certainly is being tempted. "My friends were like, 'You can have a glass of wine' and I'm like no, I refuse," Snooki tells ABC's Juju Chang. "I'm going to be that person who has a glass of wine and [the baby] comes out with three legs." She's so overly cautious that she's not even staying in the "Jersey Shore" house with her castmates during the taping of the sixth, and likely final, season. Instead, she and fiancé Jionni LaValle are living in a crib next door. "I just don't like to be around people who drink, because then I'll be like, 'Cool, I miss it,'" notes Snooki, who's also staying away from caffeine.

Pretty soon the charmed world of Kourtney Kardashian's son Mason will be rocked when his little sister arrives and his status as only child disappears. Perhaps with that in mind, the mom-to-be and some of her omnipresent family members treated the 2-year-old little guy to a fun day at the zoo.

The mother and son were accompanied by her mother, Kris Jenner, and siblings Kim and Rob Kardashian, for their wild adventure at the San Diego Zoo on Tuesday. Kourtney, 33, kept comfortable in a loose-fitting knit dress and wore a straw hat and sunglasses. Mason, whose father Scott Disick is known to take some fashion risks, was outfitted like your typical tot in a black shirt, yellow Capri pants, and high-top sneakers with Velcro closures. He held on tight to a clearly beloved plush toy.

When Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey ended their five-year relationship, the person who took it the hardest was her 10-year-old son Evan, who is autistic.

In an interview on the "Howard Stern Show" Monday, the "Love in the Wild" host was grilled about her 2010 split from Carrey and whether he still spends time with Evan, who the actor credited with teaching him "how to love." McCarthy, 39, revealed that Carrey, 50, chooses to no longer see Evan and it's been very difficult for her son to not have the "Dumb & Dumber" star in his life.

"The kid's in therapy over it," McCarthy — who is now dating Chicago Bears player Brian Urlacher — told Stern. While Evan asks to see Carrey "almost weekly," her movie star ex has said no to any visits. "I've tried to ask numerous times," McCarthy said, noting that while she hasn't felt comfortable contacting Carrey directly herself, she's gone through various "channels" in an attempt to get him to reach out to her son.

It was a jam-packed weekend for Neil Patrick Harris and his family! In addition to going on an adventure in the Big Apple, where the actor is preparing to host the Tony Awards, they made their debut on "Oprah's Next Chapter"!

Harris, 38, and his partner David Burtka, 37, love spending time in New York City, but this time it's been a combination of business and pleasure. The "How I Met Your Mother" star will be hosting the 66^th annual Tony Awards on Sunday, so he's prepping for the big night and taking in as many shows, including "Newsies" and "Clybourne Park," as possible. But Saturday, NPH enjoyed a fun day out with Burtka and their twins, Gideon and Harper, who will turn 2 in October. The dads enjoyed a pleasant spring outing with their children, who were dressed in yellow-and-white outfits and had on sandals. They hit a park, took a long walk, did some shopping, and Harris even showed them how to hail a New York City cab.

Gisele Bündchen has picked an interesting time to wear a long scarf draped over her midsection!

Following reports from several Brazilian websites that the supermodel is expecting her second child with her football star husband Tom Brady, Bündchen — who has yet to address the rumors — appeared quite covered up during an outing with her 2-year-old son Benjamin in Boston on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old beauty was outfitted head to toe in the always slimming color black and accessorized with a large scarf that extended down to her thighs for her trip to a local park. While there, she was very active — chasing her son around as he played, pushing him on swings, and then spotting him as he navigated the jungle gym. Later, while Bündchen pushed his stroller home, Benjamin snacked on an apple while she fiddled with her Blackberry.

Matthew McConaughey doesn't usually miss an opportunity to take his shirt off, so he seemed rather conservatively dressed for a day at the beach with his children on Wednesday. The Texan took a break from promoting his next film "Magic Mike" — in which he plays a former stripper! — to hang with his 3-year-old son, Levi, and 1-year-old daughter, Vida, at a Malibu beach.

Matthew, 42, watched contently as his kids dug a huge hole in the sand, showing his own boyish side by making a sand pile with his feet. Later, Levi appeared to be having the time of his life during a game of tag of with his dad, who seemed so confident he wouldn't be caught that he was running with a coffee mug in his hand. During their fun, the boy was dressed in a Brazilian soccer shirt — a nod to the South American country which is home to Matthew's fiancée, model/TV host Camila Alves.

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer showed off their joint production at the season five premiere of "True Blood" in Hollywood on Wednesday night. The costars, who will celebrate their second wedding anniversary in August, are expecting their first child together later this year.

While promoting their HBO vampire series, the twosome walked the red carpet together at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome. The 29-year-old Academy Award-winning actress wore a knee-length lace polka-dot Rachel Comey dress with a sheer overlay. As Moyer, 42, looked on, Paquin made sure to give shutterbugs a great side shot of her growing belly.
