    • Snooki and Lorenzo (People)

Meet the newest "Jersey Shore" meatball! Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is introducing her newborn son Lorenzo Dominic to the world in the new issue of People. The pint-sized reality star and her fiance Jionni LaValle welcomed the little guy on August 26, after more than 24 hours in labor — but it was worth it. "It's a different kind of love that I never felt before," Snooki, 24, tells the magazine of Lorenzo, who sports bedazzled Italian flag booties as he snoozes in the cover photo.

Enzo, as Snooki and LaValle sometimes call him, got his name from a childhood pal of his father's. "We were going back and forth, and I just happened to think of Lorenzo," says LaValle, 25. "She loved it." As for the middle name, Dominic is in memory of Snooki's uncle who passed before the baby's birth. "I did it for my dad," she adds.

    • Simpson. (Getty Images)

When it came to pregnancy cravings, Jessica Simpson did not discriminate. The singer-fashion mogul reveals in a new interview with USA Today that "I let myself indulge in everything I wanted because it was the first time I was ever pregnant, and I wanted to enjoy it. I wanted to be happy and eat what I wanted" — which included a lot of her favorite dish, macaroni and cheese.

But after she gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew on May 1, Simpson — who revealed in March that she was already 170 pounds — was faced with the consequences of gaining so much weight. "I didn't realize it didn't all come off with the baby," she confesses.

That's where Weight Watchers came in. Simpson, 32, signed a reported $4 million deal with the weight loss company to shed the extra pounds and become their spokesperson. Her first commercial, in which she will reveal her post-baby body, is set to air next week, around the same time as her September 10 interview with Katie Couric for her new daytime talk show. Since starting the calorie-counting program after giving birth, "I've lost weight every single week," Simpson tells USA Today.

And she's doing it in a healthy way. Simpson, who is engaged to former NFL player Eric Johnson, is "eating less of everything," but "I don't believe in completely depriving myself." When she first started Weight Watchers, she allowed herself 34 points a day (for example, fresh fruits and vegetables count as zero points), but after weaning Maxwell off breastfeeding, she's now down to 28 — and none of those include mac and cheese. But Simpson still indulges her sweet tooth. "I'm a woman who wants her chocolate," she says. "I allot myself a fun-size [bag of] M&Ms. I eat one of those, and my craving is satisfied. I don't need the whole bag of M&Ms."

Things between Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart seemed to get a little iffy there for a minute — ya know, around the time he was photographed entering a 24-hour peep show in New York City — but the singer and her dancer beau appeared to be the picture of happiness on Thursday when they had a pool party with her twins.

Taking a break from her summer tour with Enrique Iglesias, Lopez made a splash at the SLS hotel pool in South Beach. Wearing a fringed yellow bikini, the 42-year-old was all smiles while having fun in the sun. With her hair casually knotted above her head, she laughed a lot throughout the day, including when she jumped into the pool.

Lopez and Smart, 25, spent much of the time playing with her 4-year-old twins, Emme and Max. They took turns squirting a water gun, and Smart acted like a human diving board, helping the kids stand on his raised hands and then letting them jump off. When the couple took a break from the water, they sat side-by-side on lounge chairs. Lopez gazed adoringly at her boyfriend of 10 months. He had on a tank top, showing off his extensive tattoo collection, and rather large diamond earrings.

This is the final weekend of Lopez's tour with Iglesias, which has kept her busy since her departure from "American Idol" in May. Although she earned a reported $20 million for appearing as a judge on the reality show, she opted not to re-sign. As a result, the Fox series is getting revamped. In addition to her departure, Steven Tyler and now reportedly Randy Jackson are out. Though Mariah Carey will be part of the new season when it returns in January, the other spots are still up for grabs. Rumor has it that Keith Urban and Nicki Minaj are close to inking deals.

    • Tori Spelling and her family on August 28 — two days before she had Finn (Getty Images)

And baby makes six for the Tori Spelling-Dean McDermott clan! A photo of Finn Davey McDermott's itty bitty hand wrapped around his mother's finger announced the arrival of the reality TV couple's fourth child together. "We are so excited to announce the birth of the newest member of the McDermott family," the surely exhausted new mom posted on ToriSpelling.com Thursday night.

Early Friday, McDermott — who also has a child with his first wife — posted an open letter to his third son on his website, welcoming Finn into "this crazy, whacky, amazing world full of joy, good times, bad times, love, loss, friends and foes — and that's just your brothers and sisters!" The 45-year-old promised the baby that his siblings will always be "full of love, laughter and energy. Quite frankly they're absolutely bonkers, too, but you're going to love them. Mom and Dad are a bit kooky, too — that's just how we roll. Not to worry though, we'll grow on you after a while. So strap on your Onesie, because it's going to be a wild ride."

It really has been a wild ride for Spelling, 39, and McDermott, who were both married to other people when they fell in love while shooting a Lifetime movie in 2005. (If you think this sounds a lot like LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian's story, you're right.) Just under a year later, their respective divorces were finalized and they got hitched. Their children were born fast and furiously: Liam in 2007, Stella in 2008, and Hattie in 2011.

    • Jennifer Garner and Violet Affleck (Splash News)(Getty Images)

It was a back-to-school shopping spree for Jennifer Garner and her eldest child, daughter Violet, who were spotted at The Grove in Los Angeles on Wednesday. In addition to picking up some educational items, including a new book, the lucky 6-year-old scored some toys and candy, too.

Garner, who recently returned to the big screen in "The Odd Life of Timothy Green," and Violet seemed to do the most damage at the American Girl store. As they arrived, Violet was carrying her blond-haired doll from the famed collection, and it's likely their agenda included a visit the store's "Doll Hospital" — where a team of "doll doctors" treat any doll injuries — because it had a Band-Aid on its leg on the way out. Garner also carried a large shopping bag filled with purchases, including the brand's Starry Doll Carrier for Girls, which retails for $58.

As security trailed behind them to keep onlookers at bay, Garner and Violet also popped in at Pottery Barn Kids and Dylan's Candy Bar.

    • Proud new parents Giuliana and Bill Rancic (Getty Images)

By now you've heard that Giuliana and Bill Rancic received their special delivery — a healthy baby boy — and the "blessed" new mother and father are already settling into life as new parents.

Bill was first to share the happy news that their gestational carrier had given birth to their son. "The 'Duke' has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz.," he posted in the wee hours of Thursday morning. "G & I feel blessed beyond words. We did it!"

After a rocky road to parenthood, which included fertility treatments, a miscarriage, and breast cancer, Giuliana happily spilled some details about Duke's arrival, which took place Thursday night in Denver, Colorado, where their surrogate resides. The "E! News" anchor and "Fashion Police" commentator told E! that she and Bill were in the hospital room with their "baby mama," as she jokingly calls their gestational carrier, during the four-hour labor. After the baby was born at 10:12 p.m., Bill cut

People magazine, even told authorities that he was a drug and weapons dealer in South America so that his U.S. visa would be revoked — and now it has all come back to haunt her.

On Tuesday, a judge in Monaco, where Giersch now lives, ruled that the exes' children — son Hermes, 5, and daughter Helena, 3 — are to remain in the country with their father (where they've been since May 20) because Rutherford has a flexible enough schedule to allow her to travel between New York City, where she films the CW drama, and Monaco, and also because Giersch cannot legally enter the United States. "Kelly is devastated by the court ruling and will never stop fighting for her children," her rep tells People. "An appeal is already in the process."

Rutherford, 43, filed for divorce from Giersch, 37, in January 2009 after just two years of marriage and asked the court to give her sole custody of then-2-year-old Hermes with Giersch only getting monitored visits. He immediately fired off a

    • Bialik. (WireImage)

It may seem like Mayim Bialik's character on "The Big Bang Theory," Farrah Amy Fowler, was created just for her — they're both doctors who hold degrees in neuroscience — but the former child star had to audition for the role along with six other "quirky" actresses. "There was nothing special about me," she tells omg!. But clearly there is something about Bialik because she's been nominated for an Emmy after two years as Sheldon's (Jim Parsons) "girl who is a friend" on the CBS sitcom.

Returning to TV in 2010 after a long hiatus during which she got her PhD may seem odd, but for Bialik, 36, it was a no-brainer. With two young sons (Miles, almost 7, and Fred, 4), the former "Blossom" star was looking for a way to spend as much time with them and still earn a living — and being a research professor can have long hours. "I figured actors never work, so it's the perfect job to have," jokes Dr. Bialik. "I started auditioning, and I had never heard of 'Big Bang Theory,' then I

    • Drew Barrymore leaves yoga class. (INFDaily.com)

Drew Barrymore is about to pop! The 37-year-old sported her growing baby bump, along with loose-fitting clothes and heart-shaped sunglasses, as she left a yoga class in L.A. on Monday. Barrymore and her new husband Will Kopelman, who married in June, have confirmed that they're expecting their first child this fall.

The couple has been fiercely private about the impending arrival, and didn't publicly announce the pregnancy until after their nuptials. However, we do have a few details. Earlier this month, they celebrated at a baby shower thrown by Barrymore's BFF and "Charlie's Angels" co-star Cameron Diaz. About 50 guests attended the bash in Diaz's backyard, which included chips and guacamole, time in the pool, and a bouncy castle for the kids. Then Barrymore also revealed that the food she's been craving during her pregnancy isn't all that weird. "I'm a carb queen," she's said. "I'll always order macaroni and cheese, but I don't want it to be fancy. I want it to be as

    • Mel Gibson loses his temper during ice cream outing with Lucia

      Mel Gibson (DR-Bebey/X17online.com)Lucia Gibson (DR-Bebey/X17online.com)

Mel Gibson's temper is legendary, and some photographers got to witness it up close when they interrupted the actor while he was spending quality time with his daughter Lucia.

While the father of eight was getting a sweet treat with his youngest child at Malibu Yogurt and Ice Cream on Monday, he became irate when he saw photographers snapping photos of them through the window. Looking a bit like Simon Cowell with his shirt half-way unbuttoned, Gibson left Lucia with a nanny and stormed outside to have words with the shutterbugs. The actor — who recently joked on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" that he has "a little bit of a temper" — was not a happy camper during the confrontations, but eventually cooled down and returned inside.

      (DR-Bebey/X17online.com)

Despite the fuss, Lucia — whose mother is Gibson's ex-fiancée Oksana Grigorieva — seemed to be enjoying herself while out with dad. Dressed in jeans and a butterfly shirt, the 2-year-old happily devoured her ice cream. She definitely appears to
