Isabella Cruise (Instagram)Isabella Cruise continues to express herself through her hairstyles ― and, from the looks of things, she seems to have entered a punk phase.

The 20-year-old daughter of Tom Cruise and his ex-wife Nicole Kidman debuted a new 'do on Instagram this week. Now a blonde, her locks have been buzzed into a supershort crop along the back and sides with longer pieces in the front styled into a fauxhawk ― a look we've seen recently on both Charlize Theron and Miley Cyrus.

In other words, she's definitely not looking to take after her mom's sexy, feminine style.

The aspiring artist, who has been abroad in Europe, received many compliments from her followers for what one described as a "rad" new look, replying to them, "Awww thanks y'all." She also received praise for her style as she wore a sleeveless button-down shirt with funky collar tips in the pic.

It's been only three weeks since Jason Collins came out as the first openly gay athlete playing in a major American team sport, but the impact has been tremendous — as was evident at Monday's GLSEN Respect Awards in Manhattan.

With event co-chairs Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick looking on from the stage — and omg! in the audience — the Washington Wizards player stood before a packed Gotham Hall to accept the Courage Award from the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network and received a minute-long standing ovation.

New BFFS: Justin Bieber and Chris Brown (Instagram)Those concerned about Justin Bieber's many public missteps this year likely won't "heart" his latest Instagram photo — an image in which he's seen bonding with Chris Brown.

The baby-faced pop star, 19, posted the photo of himself with his controversial new friend on Instagram Tuesday. In it, the Biebs points at the 24-year-old R&B artist, who has his arm draped around Bieber's neck. "CB what's up," reads the caption.

Although the "Boyfriend" singer has expanded his body art collection this year, he looks like a tattoo lightweight in the photo compared to Brown, who practically has two sleeves at this point and most of his neck covered. Despite their ink inequality, the guys certainly appear fond of one another. It's as if a new Hollywood bromance has blossomed.

Behold – yet another reason to love Mindy Kaling!

Much like her alter ego on "The Mindy Project," the 33-year-old actress is known for being perfectly … imperfect – and that was perhaps no more evident than it was on Thursday as she made her way to the set of "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" midway through her glamification process.

The funny girl was snapped outside NBC Studios in Manhattan wearing the stylish patterned dress she would later don during the TV interview, but her hair was still "in the works." Sections of it were curled and pinned as she walked down the city sidewalk.

On Tuesday's season finale of her show, she debuted a super cropped 'do as her lovingly high-maintenance doctor character tried to prove to her minister boyfriend that she'd be able to rough it during a year-long volunteer mission in Haiti.

While her character's look wasn't exactly a hit – she was mistaken for a young boy – she got her man in the end.

After his fiancée, Angelina Jolie, went public with the news that she underwent a preventive double mastectomy earlier this year, the 49-year-old "World War Z" star was back to work on Wednesday.

Dressed in layers of all black clothing – including some low-hanging pants that would be Justin Bieber-approved – and his favorite aviator shades, Pitt was photographed leaving Paramount Studios in Los Angeles. His long locks pulled back in a ponytail, he carried a black bag and a phone.

Just a day earlier, his long-time partner and the mother of his six children made the bombshell announcement that she had quietly undergone three months of procedures to complete a double mastectomy. The 37-year-old reached the decision after genetic testing showed she has a "faulty"BRCA1 gene, which greatly increases her risk of developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer. According to People magazine, she plans to have her ovaries removed as well.

Christy Turlington (Daniel Jackson)These days, anybody who walks down a runway seems to be labeled a supermodel. But Christy Turlington has the distinction of being one of the original catwalkers to first earn the label – and she has the juicy stories to prove it.

At 44, Turlington is more focused on family and her charity, Every Mother Counts, than she is modeling, which she has now been doing now for 30 years. But when she does strike a pose -- as she does in the June issue of Harper's Bazaar – she enjoys being in front of the camera.

"Now I feel like it's a treat again because I do it so seldom. I can appreciate it in a new way," says Turlington, who has two children (Grace, 9, and Finn, 7) with her filmmaker husband Edward Burns. However, "I'm 44 years old, not 14. I'm healthy, I haven't done anything to myself. I exercise. But I'm not entirely comfortable being in my underwear either!" (Not that it's stopping her – as she will once again be the face and body of Calvin Klein Underwear, starting in September.)

Ben Affleck wants you to fill his shoes.

The 40-year-old actor-director has teamed up with the charity-driven shoe line Toms to create a limited-edition footwear collection with proceeds going to his Eastern Congo Initiative.

While the shoe styles are standard Toms fare — a good thing, as they are all hot sellers — the designs are inspired by Congolese textiles. They come in vibrant colors and patterns.

Sales of the shoes will benefit the region, too. Five dollars from each pair purchased will go to ECI, specifically to fund programs for children and families in the Congo. Of course, as is the case with all Toms shoe purchases, a child in need will receive a pair of shoes for every new pair purchased, part of the company’s "One for One" business model.
