The 61-year-old comedian connected Kardashian's dress to the one he sported as a cross-dressing father in the 1993 film "Mrs. Doubtfire."
According to People, Kardashian wore a gown custom designed by Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy, made of floral printed jersey with attached the sleeves and turtleneck, as well as matching gloves and sandals. Tisci reportedly worked on the frock with the socialite personally, with no stylist intervening.
"She loved the dress just the way Ricardo designed it for her," a source told Us Weekly. "His vision for her was a romantic Spanish theme with touches of boldness and punk."
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star's baby daddy, Kanye West, reportedly took a moment out of his performance at the gala to tell his gal pal "not to worry what anyone says, that she's awesome."
