Selena Gomez is on and off about Justin Bieber in more ways than one. Not only is the 20-year-old “Come and Get It" singer frequently splitting and reuniting with the Canadian pop star, but she now appears to be giving paradoxical information about their relationship.

For the June cover of InStyle magazine (on newsstands May 17), Gomez spoke about her "crazy and very intense" romance with Bieber, which was recently rekindled.

“It’s uncomfortable that everywhere I go, people know,” she told the publication. “I don’t like that. But Justin and I never really focused on the attention."

Winona Ryder may have been spending time in Canada for the past decade without our knowledge. The 41-year-old "Iceman" star has revealed in the new issue of Interview magazine that her parents moved north of the border in 2004.

And what caused Ryder's parents to leave the United States?

"My parents are awesome, but they're pretty left-wing. They live in Canada now. They moved when Bush was re-elected," Ryder explained. "You know how a lot of people said they were going to do that? My parents actually did it."

When Justin Bieber fans attack, they mean business. Particularly when their target is the Biebs himself.

During the "Believe" singer's Dubai show on Sunday, one Belieber was recorded running onstage and trying to get a piece of the singer. The video shows Bieber at the piano as the fan rushes to him and appears to at least touch him briefly before security guards arrive and grab the man, upending the piano in the process.

According to Us Weekly, the man was detained by the guards, and the Biebs went on with the show. He even returned for an encore to perform "Baby" and "Boyfriend."

Did Miley Cyrus just let the cat out of the bag?

The 20-year-old "Fall Down" singer announced on Friday that Maxim had given her the No. 1 spot on its Hot 100 list. The problem? The list hasn't officially been released yet.

The "Hannah Montana" alum also used the opportunity to announce she had newly joined Instagram. "My 1st Instagram is dedicated to all my fans ❤ thank you for crowning me #1 Maxim Hot 100," she wrote alongside the image.

Maxim has not confirmed the pop star's claim, and the most recent Hot 100 list on the magazine's website is still the 2012 list, which was led by model Bar Refaeli.

After all that negative PR, it's nice to hear a positive Justin Bieber story.

The 19-year-old "Boyfriend" singer is being praised by his Turkish fans for stopping his Istanbul concert two times on Thursday. The gesture was to honour the Islamic call to prayer, E! News reports.

"Turkey was right," Bieber tweeted following the gig.

Local Beliebers took to Twitter to thank the Canadian pop star, who is himself a devout Christian, for respecting their faith.

Reese Witherspoon may be the one apologizing for her arrest last month in Atlanta, but it appears that her husband, Jim Toth, may also owe her an apology.

In a newly released dash-cam video from the April 19 incident (during which Witherspoon and Toth were pulled over for a suspected DUI), the 37-year-old actress is seen refusing to stay in the couple's car. Witherspoon then attempts to explain her rights before she says the now-infamous line, "Do you know my name?"

But the footage also shows Toth taking a sobriety test and standing by as his famous wife is pulled away after confronting the cop. Once she is out of earshot, the 42-year-old talent agent can then be heard saying to the officer, "I had nothing to do with that." Ouch!

Gwyneth Paltrow may have been crowned the most beautiful woman in the world, but that doesn't mean her life looks good all the time.

The "Iron Man 3" star surprised fans by admitting on "Chelsea Lately" earlier this week that she advised a friend to give her husband oral sex after fighting with him. "Whatever you're doing, do the opposite. If you feel angry, go at him with love and you give him a b---job," she said, according to the show's host.

That Paltrow seemed to be speaking from experience had us scratching our heads. You mean that she and husband Chris Martin actually fight?

On Wednesday night, Nickelodeon alum Amanda Bynes tweeted a photo of herself topless, the latest in a series of bizarre Twitter messages. "Long hair don't care," she wrote alongside the selfie, which showed the 27-year-old former child star seated on her bathroom sink without a shirt on, her hair covering her chest. (The night before, Bynes had posted a photo of herself in a lacy black bra before putting on her makeup.)

Later on Wednesday evening, talk show host Jenny McCarthy announced, "Police are at @AmandaBynes house. I hope they get her help. Enough of this circus. She needs help."
