According to Variety, Jackson, who is one of the best-selling artists of all time, has earned $458 million thanks to her successful concert tours, $304 million from acting roles in films like "For Colored Girls" and "The Nutty Professor," $260 million in album sales, and more than $81 million from tour sponsorships and licensing fees.

And the "Control" songstress isn't the only billionaire in her household. Jackson secretly married retail tycoon Wissam Al Mana, who's made his fortune investing in the Middle East.

First, he signed a deal to take a gig with SiriusXM radio that would pay him half a billion dollars, and then he went and picked up a multi-million-dollar second job as a judge on "America's Got Talent." So while a $52 million home may sound like a lot to you, it probably isn't to Howard Stern.

The shock jock has dropped that much on a mansion (and we mean mansion) in Palm Beach, Florida, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

As per details provided by real estate website Trulia, the home sits on 3.25 waterfront acres and totals nearly 40,000 square feet (no that isn't a typo) of total living space, including a five-bedroom, 11-bath main house that totals 18,673 square feet, as well as a "smaller" structure, a beachfront pool, and formal gardens. Welcome to the neighborhood, Taylor Swift! Just weeks after reports surfaced that the 23-year-old dropped more than $17 million on a waterfront mansion in the small coastal community of Watch Hill, Rhode Island, a man was arrested for trespassing on her property in the middle of the night.

According to police, the man, 22-year-old Lucas H. Borsteveld, was spotted coming out of some bushes by officers on routine patrol around 2:15 a.m. Wednesday morning and was cited for trespassing.

Though multiple media outlets reported that Borsteveled swam to a beach near Swift’s estate but was scared off by private guards (with some reporting he swam a mile), Captain Shawn Lacey of Rhode Island’s Westerly Police Department told The Westerly Sun that he didn’t know if Vorsteveld had been in the water before being arrested and that Swift’s security didn’t indicate that he was. When it eventually comes time for Hugh Hefner to leave us for that big Playboy Mansion in the sky, his new bride won’t have to worry about where she’ll end up.

The 87-year-old mogul has bought his wife, 27-year-old former Playboy Playmate Crystal Harris a stunning 6,000-square-foot pad off Hollywood’s Sunset Strip for nearly $5 million, according to real estate website Redfin. The two married in December.

If residents of the Hollywood Hills feel things are getting a little serious in the neighborhood, they’ll be happy to know some comic relief just moved in.

And they must have really wanted the place. The home was initially listed for $2.975 million back in January, which means the couple paid $325,000 over the asking price.

According to the listing, the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Mediterranean-style home totals 4,700 square feet and sits on more than a half acre of land in the picturesque Nichols Canyon, near Sunset Boulevard.

Then on Tuesday, the father-to-be's Lamborghini Aventador (worth a reported $750,000) was hit by a closing gate outside his baby mama Kim Kardashian's house in Beverly Hills. But this time West (who owns a whole collection of fancy cars) really can blame someone else: The guy who was behind the wheel of the car – reportedly returning it from a service appointment – took a few seconds too long to drive it through the electric gate after it opened, and it ended up shutting right on the pricey set of wheels. Yikes!

She may play a struggling single mom working as a call girl to make ends meet on "The Client List," but in real life Jennifer Love Hewitt seems to be doing just fine.

The site also notes that the actress sold a home in the San Fernando Valley's Toluca Lake for $2.15 million in December. That house had been used as the primary residence of her mother -- who recently passed away -- while Hewitt lived down the street.

As per the listing, her new home has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, was just built in 2007 and designed by noted local architect Melinda Gray. The sleek, contemporary pad features tons of glass, soaring ceilings, recessed lighting and hardwood floors throughout, a master suite with a private patio, open family room, and chef's kitchen with bamboo cabinets, Viking everything, two dishwashers, and a built-in espresso machine.

And now that she has a pool, fire pit, and bamboo-surrounded outdoor lounging area with a flat-screen TV right on the premises, we're sure she’ll be doing plenty of entertaining. "Client List"viewing parties, anyone?

Just a day after news broke that her ex, Marc Anthony, dropped $2.5 million on a 6,000-square-foot Los Angeles-area mansion, Jennifer Lopez has one-upped her former husband, making news for plunking down four times that amount for a whopper of an estate in the Hamptons.

Getty ImagesA source tells the New York Post that the 43-year-old songstress; her much-younger beau, 24-year-old choreographer Casper Smart; and her 5-year-old twins, Max and Emme, visited the mega-property several times recently, and Lopez has finally decided to take the plunge and buy the property, which is located in Bridgehampton, New York, near Mecox Bay. The Post reports the place previously rented during a three-month summer period for a breathtaking $425,000. It was listed for sale at $9.95 million.

According to the listing, provided to omg! by real estate website Zillow, the custom home (built nine years ago) provides something that’s probably pretty important to J.Lo: privacy, touting that it’s "guaranteed" thanks to a "private cul de sac." The eight-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bath manse – spread over 8,500 square feet on three acres – also features a theater, sauna, steam room pool, pool house, and two adjacent lots just perfect for building a guest house and tennis court. The listing also includes two words the rest of us probably don’t associate with a $10 million home: "Incredible value."

Jenny’s clearly a long way from the block …
