    • Roy Horn accused of sexual assault by 3 male physical therapists

Just because Roy Horn's left side is paralyzed, it doesn't mean his right side can't get him into trouble. The Siegfried and Roy entertainer, who was nearly mauled to death by a tiger mid-show in 2003, is being accused of grabbing the buttocks and crotches of three male physical therapists hired to help him regain his strength in 2010 — and it's all caught on tape. The plaintiffs — who are suing Horn since they cannot press charges due to a one-year statute of limitations — have provided video proof of their abuse to TMZ, but the site will not post the footage due to its graphic nature.

TMZ claims the videos show the the 67-year-old Vegas legend at different times grab, fondle, and thrust himself at therapists, forcibly kiss another, and finally, whip another with an oxygen tube out of frustration. The three accusers all say they are heterosexual.

    • Sharon Stone accused of harassment by former nanny

      PacificCoastNews.com

According to Sharon Stone's former nanny, looking after her three sons was a lot less stressful than dealing with the boys' famous mother. Erlinda T. Elemen filed a nine-page lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday claiming that the "Basic Instinct" star harassed her continually during her five years on the job, especially about her "stupid" Filipino accent, and says that Stone ordered her to not speak in front of the children — Roan, 12, Laird, 7, and 6-year-old Quinn — so that they would "not talk like you." The suit also reveals that Stone, Tibetan Buddhism convert, would not allow Elemen to read her Bible while in the actress' home, and alleges that the 53-year-old actress finally fired her in February 2011 once she discovered that Elemen had been paid overtime, which she deemed as "stealing" from her, even though it was in accordance with state law.

Elemen's attorney, Solomon Gresen, said in the suit that although the nanny — who was promoted to lead caregiver after two years with the Stone family and was also living in their home — had "wonderful memories of the children," she was unable to deal with Stone's "increasingly hostile and abusive behavior." He added, "By her conduct, the actress made Elemen feel as if her ethnicity was offensive and would somehow adversely effect [sic] her children's upbringing. My client felt she was powerless to stop the behavior."

    • Will Smith explains why he slapped male reporter

      Smith speaks out. (Splash News)

Will Smith may have shocked his fans when he slapped a male reporter who kissed him on the cheek at the Russian premiere of "Men in Black 3" last week, but he's not apologizing. During his Tuesday appearance on the "Late Show With David Letterman" to promote his new movie, the actor seemed to take great pride in his actions. "We're doing an interview, right? And he says, 'I'm your biggest fan. Can I have a hug?'" Smith explained. "So I go to give this joker a hug and he, like, tries to lean in to kiss me. It's just awkward, Dave!" After the backhanded slap, the reporter's people tried to explain his actions to Smith. "They were like, 'Oh no, we're sorry. It's just his schtick,'" he told Letterman. "And I said, 'That's why his ass got schtuck.'"

The odd encounter went down last Friday at the Moscow premiere of the third installment in the "Men in Black" franchise. In video shot from the red carpet, the male reporter is seen giving Smith, 43, a hug after their interview.

    • Kim Kardashian steals Gwyneth Paltrow’s style at Cannes party

Kim Kardashian is a kopycat! The reality star wore the exact same belly-baring black lace Pucci gown that Gwyneth Paltrow did to the 2011 Emmys for a party Diddy threw aboard a yacht in Cannes, France, on Tuesday night. But she definitely didn't win the fashion faceoff against the Oscar winner. Yes, we love Kardashian's curves (and who doesn't?), but they didn't really make the dress look the most complimentary on her body. Also, her huge chandelier earrings were a bit of a distraction from the busy dress. In comparison, Paltrow went for a very simple look when she rocked the Pucci creation: understated jewelry and her sleek blond hair left down. It's pretty shocking that Kardashian would even dare to wear the same dress, especially since Paltrow made such a splash last September when she stepped out in the very memorable look -- which landed her at the top of many best-dressed lists.

    • Ashley Olsen shows off body in tiny bikini

Olsen is all smiles. (Derek Shook / Splash News)

There really is a first time for everything. The usually stone-faced Ashley Olsen was photographed not only smiling — but she was also in a bikini! Clad in a cute red-and-yellow striped top and solid black bottom, the billionaire fashion mogul splashed around in the waves in Maui, Hawaii, last week during a getaway with friends, including her twin sister Mary-Kate … who remained bundled up on the sand in a polka-dot dress, light blue cardigan, hat, and sunglasses.

Baring it all in a bikini is a bold move for Ashley, who usually stays covered up, as does her sister, whose fashion sense has often been compared to a bag lady due to the many loose layers she typically wears. In the past, the 25-year-old former "Full House" child stars have been picked apart for their super-skinny frames and have even been the subject of anorexia rumors, especially MK, who sought treatment for the disease just after her 18th birthday in June 2004. But based on these new pics, Ashley may be thin, but she seems to be far from unhealthy.

    • Bruce Jenner named Esquire’s ‘Father of the Year’

Jenner still eats his Wheaties. (Jeff Minton)

He's the least ubiquitous of the Kardashians, and for that Bruce Jenner deserves (another) medal. Esquire bestows the legendary Olympian with the title of "Father of the Year" in its June issue, along with a profile that gives a glimpse into what it's like to be a man that made his name due to his hard work and dedication in his early life, only to end up in his 60s as the invisible patriarch of a family famous for, well, a sex tape. As the magazine's writer describes, the reality TV family's sprawling Calabasas, California, home is decorated to honor its show ponies: Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie (the latter two daughters are his with wife Kris Jenner). "There is no red singlet in a frame; his gold medal is nowhere to be found. For the most part, Bruce Jenner, Olympian, has been banished to the garage."

    • Will Smith slaps male reporter for kissing him on cheek

Smith stings like a bee. (Splash News)

That's one way to dispel the gay rumors. Will Smith shoved and slapped a male reporter at the Moscow premiere of "Men in Black 3" on Friday after the man embraced the actor and kissed him on the cheek after their red carpet interview. Smith, 43, seemed to be okay with the gesture — one that is obviously European — but then he suddenly turned on the reporter, shoved him into the cameraman standing behind him, slapped him in the face, and yelled, "Come on man, what the hell is your problem?" as his handlers ushered him down the red carpet. The Ukrainian reporter, known for kissing his subjects after concluding an interview, looked shocked and confused as he stepped back off the press line.

Smith, who is rumored to be headed towards a split with his wife of 15 years Jada Pinkett, then tried to justify his brute actions, telling those around him, "He tried to kiss me on my mouth!" The "Ali" actor, a supporter of gay marriage, then told the next red carpet reporter, "He's lucky I didn't sucker punch him … Sorry, I said that on camera."

    • Maxim Hot 100: Bar Refaeli, Mila Kunis, Katy Perry take top honours

      MAXIM, Denise Truscello/WireImage

Mila Kunis is hotter than ever. The "Friends With Benefits" actress rose to No. 3 on Maxim's Hot 100 List this year after coming in fifth place in 2011. According to the men's magazine, which considers its picks "the definitive list" of the world's most beautiful women, "Ever since she locked lips with Natalie Portman in 'Black Swan,' our appreciation for this brunette stunner has transformed into a near obsession." And Ashton Kutcher would probably agree. Last month, he was spotted on a bunch of dates with his former "That '70s Show" co-star, although they claim to be just friends.

Not every woman can be like Victoria Beckham and back down to a size 0 just weeks after giving birth. These days in Hollywood, a lot of pressure is put on its female stars to snap back into shape in an incredibly unreasonable amount of time, especially considering that it takes nine months to gain the weight. The latest example of this is Bollywood superstar Aishwarya Rai — dubbed The Most Beautiful Woman in the World — who is being slammed by critics in India for not upholding her "duty" of returning to her pre-baby figure nearly six months after she gave birth to daughter Aaradhya.

"Aishwarya is like a goddess," explains Indian columnist Shobhaa Dé. "She is held up as the ideal of beauty and so there is an expectation on her to look perfect at all times." But not everyone has been so tactful when discussing the weighty matter. Some detractors have posted videos online depicting photos of Rai, 38, pre and post-baby with elephant sounds playing in the background. "She is a Bollywood actress and it is her duty to look good and fit," one commenter blasted, while another wrote that the L'Oreal model, who was Miss World 1994, "needs to learn from people like Victoria Beckham who are back to size zero weeks after their delivery."

    • John Travolta makes Mother’s Day video for Kelly Preston

John Travolta really wants us to forget about the many, many men who have come forward and charged him with sexual battery over the past few weeks and remember that he is a married family man. So on Mother's Day, he posted a video "gift" he made for his wife of 21 years, Kelly Preston, on his personal website with the message that she was so "happy" with it, "we wanted to share it with you." The four-and-a-half-minute video — set to the Barbara Streisand song, "That Face" — is a montage of personal photos (and a few paparazzi shots) of the couple over the years and their children, Jett, who died in 2009 at age 16, Ella, 12, and Benjamin, 19 months. At the end, a note saying, "Happy Mother's Day! With all my love, Johnny," flashes on screen.
